He took my outline requirement; made judgement calls as to my intent; delivered a product as was my hope; on time; and his understanding of my intent was right on; this tells me he listened to my description and applied prior experience to deliver what I wanted the first time out. He did this very fast. The base has multiple tables that are interlinked so it needed a good understanding of AirTable operations and my desire; Excellent job!
