This guy has been wasting only my time and money. He did not understand the requirements at all and the overall delivery is just a joke. I have requested a real estate management tool based on ms access with a user interface, navigation etc.. Now in order to verify whether or not he is capable of developing it, we agreed on building one form / table and if that is sufficient, we continue. What he delivered was a plain access table and that´s about it. The communication was not professional, the delivery very poor summarizing this into a waste of time and money. One could say - a rip off. I have continued to work with someone else and can only warn you to not work with this guy.
